Since its establishment in 1969, Nilit has acquired worldwide recognition as a global leader in the production of nylon 66 fibers for the fashion industry and engineering thermoplastics for industrial applications.

Integration
Nilit's fully-integrated plastics operation offers a uniquely broad variety of nylon 66 products. Over 25 years ago, backward integration led to the introduction of a second core line of business - monomer production, polymerization, post-polymerization and compounding of nylon 66 for the engineering thermplastics industry. Now, with decades of experience in top quality spinning and polymerization and joint R&D projects with leading scientific research institutions, Nilit Plastics can customize polymers for virtually any nylon 66 applications.
Quality
Quality is our way of life and represents our key competitive factor. Nilit Ltd. is registered under the ISO 9001 quality system, the OHSAS 18001 ( Health and Safety ) as well as QS9000 for the Automotive industry. We have a number of products that are FDA and BGA approved for medical and food applications. In addition we have a large range of UL approved products for the Electrical and Electronic industry.
Specialty polymers

Nilit Plastics Division offers one of the broadest ranges of specialty polymers based on nylon 66 and copolymers 66/6 in the industry. Our product range was developed over the years in supplying a large variety of applications: injection molding, compounding, monofilament extrusion and film.

Euronil Thermoplastics Compounds

Euronil Thermoplastic Compounds SpA is a private company located in Rho (Milan) Italy, part of the Nilit Plastics Division.
Euronil specialises in engineering thermoplastic compounds, offering a very wide range of products: unfilled, filled (glass, mineral, carbon fibers), impact modified, heat and oil resistant etc. A special focus of this product range is in the development and manufacture of flame retardant and tribological products. Our products are marketed under the registered brand names of Nilamid, Nilamon, Ecomid and Nilitop, successfully competing with the largest European suppliers of polyamide and PBT based compounds.
In a very short time Euronil has become a significant player in the European compounding market both in terms of sales and end-user approvals. Principal markets addressed are electrical/electronic, automotive, industrial & consumer. For several examples please look at our Case Histories section. Euronil has invested in the latest compounding technology and has a current capacity of over 12,000 tonnes/year. The infrastructure is in place to support a planned growth to a total production of over 20,000 tonnes/year.
Our strategy is based on three main strengths:
Integration in Polyamide 66 with our parent company, Nilit Ltd. This guarantees consistent quality, long term supply and an in-depth support for R&D. From Nilit Ltd we source a wide range of PA66 basic resins in different viscosities, amino groups, copolymers etc.
Quick answers: a joung, flexible and professional organisation that is able to react very quickly to customer requests. We can support both large and small projects and provide our customers with superior performance in terms of delivery time, lot sizes, colour matchings etc.
Quality: outstanding product quality that has already gained the confidence of many of Europe's' most prestigious companies.
