Yariv Gratz
Director of Operations

Yariv Gratz has served as NILIT’s Director of Operations since March 2010. Previously, between 2001 and 2006, Yariv worked as NILIT’s Polymerization Plant Manager and then served as the company’s R&D Manager. Yariv brings an impressive track record in streamlining and improving production processes to his present position. Applying his extensive knowledge and skill set to manage NILIT operations in Migdal Haemek, he is also responsible for NILIT's global Project engineering, quality assurance and global industrial engineering.

Before rejoining NILIT, Yariv was Vice President of Operations at MIS Implant Technologies. During this tenure at MIS, Yariv significantly increased production capacity – growing it 250% in a two-year period.

He holds a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from the Technion Technical Institute of Israel and an MBA from Herriot Watt University.
