NILIT® Board Of Directors
Amir Kess has been the Director of NILIT's Strategic Committee since 2006.
With extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions and the execution of corporate strategies, Amir has taken an active role in NILIT's recent expansion. He is also Co-Founder and Managing Director of Markstone Capital Group, an $800 million Private Equity Fund focused on investments into “old-economy” companies and privatization opportunities in Israel.
Amir also serves as Chairman of the board of Steimatzky (2005) Ltd., Chairman of the board of Magnolia Silver Jewelry group Ltd, a Board Member of Netafim , a Board Member of PRS Mediterranean Ltd., and Director of Psagot Investment house.
Amir received a B.A. in Law Studies from Tel-Aviv University.
