Avi D. Pelossof

Avi Pelossof has been a member of the NILIT Board of Directors since 1992. He also serves as NILIT's legal representative in international business acquisitions.

Avi is a Senior Partner at Zellermayer Pelossof & Co. and for more than ten years was Chairman of Haifa Chemicals Ltd. Prior to these positions, Avi was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd., a Member of the Board of Directors of Israel Aircraft Industries Ltd and Managing Director and CEO of Elite Food Industries Ltd.

He holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University.
