Hanesbrands, Inc.
Nilit Joint Venture (HNF) - In 1996, Nilit Ltd. and The Sara Lee Company, announced a joint venture in Israel to produce nylon 6,6 POY yarns for texturing.
The nylon produced by this joint venture is used in intimate apparel, activewear, legwear and bodywear. Hanesbrands Inc. was spun off from Sara Lee Corporation in 2006 and became a stand alone publicly held company.

UNIFI
Nilit Joint Venture - In year 2000, Nilit Ltd. and Unifi, Inc., announced a joint venture in Israel to produce nylon 6,6 poy yarns for texturing. The nylon produced by the joint venture will be used in apparel, industrial, and home fashion yarns.

POMPEA
In year 2006, Nilit and Pompea S.p.A. of Italy announced the initiation of the new state-of-the art POY production line, through a strong and close partnership between the two, called PNF. The new line is based on advanced POY nylon fibers, which Nilit will produce at its main production facility in Migdal Ha'emek, Israel.
